"Bought a new krx4 and unfortunately had a manufacturing defect, called Jay my salesmen. Who returned my call and said bring the machine back if you can and we will fix it while you wait. As much as it sucks on a brand new machine. It was nothing they did, and are opening a busy schedule to get us taken care of. Couldn’t be more thankful in this situation."
